New Concepts Publishing!
I just got a reply from New Concepts Publishing, whom I sent a query and synopsis to in early February. They are interested in seeing the entire manuscript in RTF or Word, and I'm so excited!!

And nervous too. Because it's been four months since I last looked at that novel, and I think I've changed the title, and added a new subtext into the storyline.

Ahem! No rest for the wicked! I will be spending the next few days revisiting it for sure.

Awesome and slightly nerve-wrecking. I don't even know if the novel works as it stands anymore. I certainly didn't believe that I would hear back from them after so long.

But you did. And even if it doesn't work you can fix it. What's it about?

Well. What was before the first story in a trilogy has now turned out to be the last story.

The main character, Shane, wants to find his sister, Emily. Neither Shane, nor his sister Emily, are human. Both are changelings, although Emily is unaware of this in the beginning of the novel. Mark is a fairly high ranking changeling in the city. Once he hears news of Shane's return, he feels he has the need for a bargaining chip, to ensure his place in life is not usurped. Mark stalks Emily, and kidnaps her, proceeding to brainwash and corrupt the use of the powers she didn't know she had. In her, he finds more use than he was expecting to find, but he can't know from the start how badly it will turn back on him.

There are also subplots to the story, but those are long winded and have many names. :D

And from what i've read of that website it sounds like it would fit in really well with their line. No wonder they love it.

sure. i can't promise i can do it for grammer/spelling very well, but i'm more than happy to red it for logic/style/continuity.

Yay! Well, logic/style/continuity are more important than the other two anyway, cause 1. there's spell check! :P and 2. I like to think that I'm a little bit good at seeing those things myself.

I know, so have I! *breathes nervously* I hope they don't take it badly that my ideas have shifted somewhat in the time it has taken them to get back to me. Not a huge shift, mind you. I like to think it just adds more depth to my story. :D

Heh, well it's not so great an exciting yet. They just want to see the full novel, which is undergoing vast improvements right now.

Except not right now, because right now I am going to sleep.

Yay! New Concepts is one of the more reputable e-pubs out there. And yes, they are a good fit for fantasy work! Good luck! :D
